**Responsibilities:** + Install Commercial Doors: Install commercial doors, frames, and hardware according to specifications and safety standards. + Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on various types of commercial doors, including automatic, fire-rated, roll-up, and security doors. + Alignment and Security: Ensure proper alignment, operation, and security of installed doors. + Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure accurate installation and repairs. + Tool Operation: Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, drill, and assemble door components. + Mechanism Adjustment: Adjust and fine-tune door mechanisms, including closers, hinges, locks, and access control systems. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Tool Proficiency: Proficient in operating power tools and hand tools. + Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction practices and carpentry skills. + Door Installation: Experience in installing and repairing various types of commercial doors. + Framing and Carpentry: Skilled in framing and carpentry work related to door installation. + Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure proper alignment and security of doors. + Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair door issues. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
