Caribbean Business Leader is responsible for overseeing the operations, financial performance, and strategic direction of all business streams—Equipment, Controls and Contracting, Service, and Parts—within the region encompassing the Dominican Republic, most of the Caribbean Islands, Venezuela, and Ecuador. What you will do:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with Trane Technologies' overall objectives.
Identify market opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations across all business streams within the region to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement and maintain high standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Financial Performance:
Develop and manage the regional budget, including revenue forecasts and expense controls.
Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue-enhancing strategies.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional management team.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the region's market presence.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns.
Represent Trane Technologies at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related technical degree is required; MBA preferred
Technical background preferred
In-depth knowledge of business, finance, sales and marketing techniques
Extensive knowledge of Trane and various other HVAC products and systems preferred
Successful history of leading and managing a variety of business streams and people functions
Successful history of formulating and executing long term business plans based on current data
Ability to travel within the district and regionally as required (up to 20%)
Fluency in English and Spanish
