This new position will offer the successful candidate a unique opportunity to manage relationships with Qatar Airways Cargo’s larger SME freight forwarder accounts. This is a highly varied role covering a wide scope of responsibilities, with the freedom to work independently and take ownership of this dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities include:
· Develop and maintain relationships with Qatar Airways Cargo’s’ larger SME freight forwarders in the assigned territory.
· Prepare an account development plan to achieve short, medium, and long-term mutual benefits.
· Contribute to the formulation and implementation of QR Cargo sales strategy to maximize revenue opportunities, reduce cost of sale.
· Responsibility for individual sales budgets and targets.
· Ensure focus and activities prioritize high yield sales and profitability maximization.
· Develop the biggest SMEs into local accounts, whilst targeting smaller SMEs with opportunity to grow.
· Review QR Cargo sales data with account portfolio to drive revenue and seek out tactical revenue opportunities.
· Use Salesforce as the only CRM tool and makes sure account related information is up to date.
· Manage and co-ordinate projects and initiatives on behalf of area of responsibility. Develop tactical sales activity in support of sales opportunities.
· Provide regular Market Intelligence and feedback from customers and competitors.
· Represent QR Cargo at trade events, promotions and sales functions.
