Caregiver Recruiting Manager

Abound Health is seeking a Caregiver Recruiting Manager to join our Centralized Clinical Operations team. In this role, you will report to the VP of Centralized Clinical Operations. You will lead and develop a team responsible for matching, staffing, and deploying qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to client cases across all operating states—ensuring timely staffing, strong utilization, and a high-quality service experience for the individuals we support. This role is remote but will be required to work East Coast hours.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead, coach, and develop DSP Recruiters/Staffing Liaisons across multiple states to achieve staffing KPIs
+ Oversee the vetting, matching, and deployment of DSPs to open client cases
+ Drive staffing strategies that reduce open client hours and maximize utilization of authorized services
+ Implement and refine scalable staffing workflows, ensuring consistent documentation and process execution
+ Analyze staffing data and trends to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
+ Partner cross-functionally with clinical leadership, operations, and onboarding to address client needs and workforce gaps
+ Track and report performance metrics related to staffing, utilization, and open hours
Qualifications
+ Proven experience leading teams in staffing, recruiting, workforce management, or healthcare operations
+ Strong ability to manage performance against metrics and KPIs
+ Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
+ Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with families, clinicians, and internal partners
+ Ability to operate strategically while also executing hands-on work
+ High level of adaptability, resilience, and professionalism
Preferred:
+ Experience in I/DD services, behavioral health, HCBS, or healthcare staffing (3+ years)
+ Multi-state leadership experience
+ Experience scaling staffing, matching, or workforce deployment processes
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in staffing or workforce operations
Compensation & Benefits
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $60,000 - $70,000.
Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
In addition to base pay, total compensation may include other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits beginning on your 60th day of employment.
