We are urgently hiring for a Caregiver or CNA to assist a client in Houston, TX (77054). Location: Greater West Houston (Current Need: Houston, TX – 77054)Schedule: Sunday – Saturday, 9:30 am – 1:30 pm (Light Care) Responsibilities: * Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide light daily living assistance, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. * Monitor and track client health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor. * Assist with errands or transportation as needed. * Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. * Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect clients and maintain a clean environment. * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best care. Requirements: * High school diploma or GED equivalent. * Prior experience working as a caregiver, preferably in a senior care setting. * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is ideal but not required. * Ability to pass a background check and reference check. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Empathy, patience, and compassion toward elderly clients. * Must be comfortable around dogs (client has pets in the home). * Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
