 What is Required?
 High School Diploma or GED requiredAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredExperience working with elderly or disabled populations preferredFive (5) years of experience in a fast-paced office or healthcare environment preferredWorking knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and home care operations preferredStrong computer proficiency and documentation skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProfessional verbal and written communication skillsStrong leadership, coaching, and motivational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentBilingual fluency (Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, Russian, or Portuguese) may be required based on locationReliable transportation and ability to travel locally and occasionally to support audits or operational needs
