Job Title: Care Management SupervisorJob Description
The Care Management Supervisor oversees Care Management (CM) staff, monitors productivity, supports daily operations, and ensures strong communication between members, providers, and community partners. This role provides coaching, resolves escalations, and improves workflows within CenCal Health’s Medi‑Cal programs.
This is a hybrid position with limited onsite time in Santa Barbara. Candidates can live anywhere in California.
