This PRN role is ideal for a seasoned sonographer who is confident working independently, supporting both diagnostic and research-based cardiac and vascular studies.Responsibilities:Perform diagnostic cardiac and vascular ultrasound exams in accordance with established guidelinesIndependently operate and maintain sonography equipmentEvaluate, synthesize, and communicate diagnostic and research findings to physiciansProvide preliminary diagnostic reports for physician reviewCollaborate with cardiology and research teams to support accurate diagnosis, including complex congenital and acquired cardiac conditionsAssist with research activities, including data collection and participation in research projectsReview, train, and coach junior-level sonographers on processes and procedures as neededMaintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with all research and privacy protocolsQualifications and Requirements:Associate’s Degree in a related field requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in echocardiography and vascular sonographyRegistered Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS or CCI) or Registered Vascular Sonographer (ARDMS or CCI)Benefits and Perks:Numerous tenured professionals with experience and knowledge from which to learnDuring your employment with Team1Medical Staffing, you can enroll in our benefits program, including medical (3 plans to choose from), dental, disability, critical illness, life, vision, accident, and behavioral health insurance.
