Job Responsibilities
Collaborate regularly with Legal, Risk, and Operations partners in pre-charge-off and post-charge-off Collections, as well as Fraud.Ensure quality control and process improvement in the execution of Sworn Documents for litigation cases.Engage in periodic travel to strengthen partnerships and enhance operational effectiveness.Present performance results and updates to peers and senior leaders, demonstrating strong oversight of financial results and customer experience.Implement innovative solutions with Product and IT teams, leveraging AI to enhance processes.Exhibit strong operations management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively and navigating ambiguity with confidence.Lead and develop others with a genuine desire for operational excellence.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
