Card and Payment Supervisor
Job Title:Card and Payment Supervisor Location: Ishpeming, MI Pay: $25.00 per Hour Shift: M-F 9AM-5PM What’s the Job? - Supervise the card and payment team, providing coaching, training, and evaluations. - Deliver prompt and courteous member service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Oversee card-related operations such as ordering/replacing cards and updating card information. - Assist members with disputes, fraud cases, and transaction exceptions. - Process wire transfers and support other payment systems like bill pay and account-to-account transfers. What’s Needed? - Required: High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year customer service-related experience. - Required: Supervisory or leadership experience. - Preferred: Experience in a financial institution and/or call center environment, post high school education or training, prior supervisory or team lead experience. - Strong knowledge of card services, payment systems, and member service operations. Willingness to travel to Marquette location. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Proven leadership and team management experience. - Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and manage priorities. - Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, email, web-based systems).
