Job Description

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace and Defense Company is seeking talented college students to join our 2026 summer internship program. Our 12-week internship program is designed to provide real-world and hands-on experience in areas that interest you! As an intern, you will collaborate with industry experts to solve real-world challenges and change the way we do business.

The Capture Engineering Intern will work within our New Business Development and Capture Teams to help grow EBAD’s business! They will work with our Capture Engineers to develop and tailor EBAD solutions to customer problems through rapid design, prototyping, analysis, and test activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Continuous improvementPerform hands-on design, build, and testInterface with customers on concepts in support of their business needs

Responsibilities/daily duties:

Exposure to design, analysis, testing, and building facets of engineeringInterface with the business processDevelop and implement 3D conceptual models in support of solving customer challengesArchive data in support of the business development and engineering teams

Requirements:

Candidate pursuing an undergraduate degree in an engineering disciplineStrong Microsoft Office SkillsStrong written, verbal and presentation skills
