Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $60,000.00 - $91,125.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doingKey Responsibilities:

Support the development and tracking of capital budgets across strategic and operational initiatives.

Maintain and optimize the capital planning system (Strata) to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Assist in coordinating the annual capital budgeting process, collaborating with stakeholders to align financial and strategic goals.

Provide analysis and support to resolve budget-related questions and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Monitor committed and uncommitted capital expenses, including projects that contribute to EBITDA, to ensure transparency and accountability.

Support debt compliance and assist with the issuance of new debt, including research, analysis, and documentation.

Prepare and submit quarterly and annual EMMA compliance reports, MTI reporting, and related financial ratios and statistical disclosures.

Provide ad-hoc support to the Capital Planning and Debt Strategy team as needed.

Support continuous improvement of departmental processes and policies to meet evolving priorities.

Collaborate with other Finance team members on critical initiatives and pressing priorities requiring cross-team effort.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience (including internships, military experience, or relevant analytical/operations roles)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work comfortably with numbers and large datasets.

Proficiency in Excel; experience with financial planning systems/tools is a plus, but not required

Clear communicator who can build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams; comfortable asking questions and following through.

High initiative and learning mindset - eager to take ownership, grow quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
