About the Role:
Support Capital Markets transactions including valuation analysis, cashflow modelling, due diligence, and preparation of pitch decks, teasers, and information memorandums.
Collect, analyse, and validate financial, market, and asset-level data (NDAs, investment memos, models, comparables, and transaction documentation).
Assist in client-facing activities such as proposals, presentations, site inspections, and transaction coordination.
Work closely with senior team members on deal execution, asset positioning, and development of key selling points to maximise transaction value.
Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and transaction activity to support advisory insights and sales strategy.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Architecture, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in valuation/appraisal (KJPP), Big 4 advisory, capital markets, brokerage, or investment-related roles.
Strong analytical capability, having exposure to financial modelling, cashflow analysis, or valuation is an advantage.
Commercially curious, proactive, and genuinely interested in real estate, investments, and deal-making.
Confident communicator with good presentation skills; able to work with senior stakeholders and clients.
