Capital Financial Analysis – Associate, Treasury Controllers

As a Capital Financial Analysis – Associate in the Treasury Controllers team, you will play a key role in managing the balance sheet, capital, risk weighted assets, liquidity, and interest rate risk. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of Treasury financials, support forecasting and stress testing, and communicate results to senior leadership. In this role, you will work closely with various teams, gain insight into firmwide strategies, and help drive process improvements in a dynamic regulatory environment.


You will collaborate with business partners across Home Lending, Card Services, Banking & Wealth Management, and Chase Auto. The role involves leading reporting for business planning and stress testing cycles, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of new initiatives and regulatory changes. Your contributions will help shape the future of Treasury operations and support the firm’s strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Lead capital and liquidity reporting for all lines of business on forecast and actual resultsManage end-to-end reporting for business planning and stress testing cycles, including Risk Appetite, CCAR, Resolution and Recovery, and annual budget exercisesCoordinate with business partners and corporate functions on framework changes, new initiatives, and regulatory requirementsOversee control processes and promote continuous improvement within the teamSupport the integrity and validity of Treasury financials and controlsCommunicate monthly and quarterly forecasts, actuals, and annual budget resultsDrive analytics and project management in a changing regulatory environmentPartner with senior leadership to deliver on key initiatives and deliverablesStreamline and enhance existing processes for efficiency and effectivenessFoster a collaborative and high-performing team cultureSupport ad hoc projects and requests as needed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related technical fieldTwo years of experience in finance or accountingExperience in balance sheet and financial analysisTechnical skills or willingness to learn Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, or similar toolsSelf-starter with strong work ethic and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with proven executionSound judgment, professional maturity, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and partnering skills across all levelsControl and efficiency mindset with drive for process improvement

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Knowledge of retail banking and productsExperience with Hyperion EssbaseLeadership experience managing direct reports
