**About the role:**
We are looking for a motivated individual who is looking to develop an investment banking career within a leading global real estate services firm with unparalleled scale and breadth. This is a unique opportunity to join an established global investment banking platform which is fully integrated into wider CBRE real estate capabilities and client base.
As a CBRE Capital Advisors Analyst, you will work closely with senior team members to provide strategic advice to clients and execute transactions across capital raising, M&A etc. This role offers excellent exposure across APAC and opportunities to interact with blue-chip clientsegglobal real estate sponsors, fund managers, developers and institutional investors.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Financial modelling and analysis: Build and maintain complex operating and financial models for valuation, M&A, and capital raising transactions.
+ Valuation and returns analysis: Perform asset and platform valuation using DCF, capitalization method, trading and transactioncomparablesetc. Perform returns analysis reflecting various capital structures, cash waterfalls, promote structures etc.
+ Pitch books and presentations: Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, and client presentations.
+ Industry and market research: Conduct research on companies, sectors, real estate data and macro trends to support pitching and deal execution.
+ Market database and news flow: Prepare and maintain trading and transaction comps; track deal and investor activities
+ Transaction support: Assist in due diligence, documentation, and coordination of deal processes.
+ Client and investor interaction: Support the team in client meetings and calls; respond to client and investor requests promptly.
+ Team collaboration: Work with internal teams across geographies and business groups to deliver seamless execution.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ 1-2 years of relevant working experience in sell-side (banks, boutiques, Big 4 corporate advisoryetc), buy-side or corporate development / M&A
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering or related field.
+ Proficiency in Excel (financial modelling) and PowerPoint.
+ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
