Capabilities Building Senior Specialist

A Day in the LifeCapabilities Building Senior Specialist is responsible for the identification of capability gaps and development of innovative training programs to enhance distributor and organizational competencies while ensuring cross-functional alignment. This position also involves training content creation, including e-learnings, and may include delivery of face-to-face and virtual training sessions.

The role is a part of Strategic Partnerships & Patient Solutions (SPPS) Centre of Excellence, where you will collaborate with stakeholders in various EurAsia markets. For this position, you will be expected to be located in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Hanoi or HCMC (Vietnam), Istanbul (Turkiye), Prague (Czech Republic), Zagreb (Croatia), or Warsaw (Poland).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Capability Development: Lead the identification of capability gaps within distributor teams, utilizing internal insights, market trends, and organizational objectives to recommend targeted enhancements.

Training Content Creation: Develop and deploy competency training programs, including eLearning content and AI-powered tools, while integrating innovative technologies to ensure high-quality and impactful learning experiences.

Training Execution: Collaborate with Training Execution teams to design and deliver face-to-face (F2F) and virtual competency training sessions tailored to distributor and organizational needs.

Resource Alignment: Drive the creation and deployment of tools and resources to enhance distributor capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and synergy with training programs for Medtronic salesforce and healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner across teams to identify best practices, foster synergies, and ensure alignment in training content and delivery, supporting cohesive organizational capability development.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Education, Instructional Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience

4-6 years of related experience in educational technology and/or training delivery

Proven experience with LMS management (Totara LMS preferred)

E-learning design & development (Synthesia, Articulate 360, Canva etc.)

Experience in AI usage in training design and development

Instructional design & development experience (identifying training needs, determining learning objectives, measure the effectiveness of the training)

Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills across diverse teams and geographies

Fluency in English

Experience delivering Face to Face or Virtual trainings, especially in sales competency development, will be a plus but is not mandatory.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Croatia: 37,280.00 EUR - 55,920.00 EUR | Czechia: 920,000.00 CZK - 1,380,000.00 CZK | Poland: 148,000.00 PLN - 222,000.00 PLN | 

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
