About Business Unit:
New Accounts: The New Accounts area is responsible for managing new account onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth customer experience while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on risk prevention.
Fraud: The Fraud area is responsible for monitoring and managing fraudulent activities, developing prevention and mitigation strategies to protect both customers and the company.
Key activities will include:
Support GNA / Fraud projects and initiatives
Data analysis
The intern will:
Supporting the development and implementation of best practices for GNA /Fraud data analytics , Recommend a Friend , Resolution Rate etc
Supporting the analysis and application of metrics to GNA application Journey
GNA / Fraud analytic reporting and analysis
Support engagement local and EMEA initiatives
Support financial activities for invoice payments
Desirable Qualifications/Skills & Experience/Language Requirements:
Current undergraduate or graduate students and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply : Financial , Economy and Trade, Digital Marketing
Highly data management orientated and excellent spoken and written skills in English
Excellent Language skills Italian
Must know basic PC skills and familiar with Excell Microsoft/Windows applications.
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
You’re able to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and proactively solve problems
