**Role Overview** Sodexo is seeking a **Campus Dietitian** for Indiana Wesleyan University in **Marion, IN** . This is ahighly visible, student‑facing role that works closely with students, athletics, and campus partners to support nutrition, wellness, and dining initiatives at Indiana Wesleyan University. This position provides individualized nutrition counseling, manages diet and allergy accommodations, and delivers targeted education for a large athlete population. The RD also leads wellness programming, table events, Mindful initiatives, and educational events to enhance the student dining experience. We welcome applications from both recent graduates and experienced dietitians. **What You'll Do** + Provide one‑on‑one nutrition counseling using motivational interviewing (MI) + Manage diet accommodations and food allergy needs + Collaborate with dining and culinary teams + Deliver nutrition education for students, including vegetarian, healthy eating, and performance nutrition topics + Support athletics with team talks, fueling guidance, and snack‑table support for events + Lead table events, Mindful wellness programming, and cooking class opportunities + Represent dining services at campus events, orientation, and student outreach activities **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
