Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Campaign & Leads Analytics Specialist with strong SAS development skills to support end‑to‑end campaign execution across multiple business lines. This role blends hands‑on technical work with direct engagement with business partners, requiring someone who can translate ideas into actionable, data‑driven campaigns.
You will manage campaign operations, analyze lead performance, source and transform data, and deliver insights that drive customer engagement strategies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid role—part technical developer, part strategic partner.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Analytics (Primary Focus)
Run and manage marketing campaigns from planning through fulfillment and reporting.
Execute BAU (business‑as‑usual) campaigns and quickly pick up new requests as they arise.
Work on multiple concurrent campaigns (currently three active, with more expected).
Perform presizing and feasibility assessments using SAS.
Build targeting logic, segmentation, and campaign lists using SAS and SQL.
Ingest, clean, and prepare data from various sources to support campaign needs.
Produce post‑campaign reporting, insights, and recommendations.
Business Partner Engagement
Meet regularly with business partners to understand objectives, gather requirements, and identify cross‑border campaign needs.
Translate business ideas into structured campaign plans and technical specifications.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including Director‑level audiences.
Collaborate with teams using Salesforce CRM as a communication channel (no channel loading required).
Technical Development
Develop, optimize, and maintain SAS programs for targeting, reporting, and analytics.
Use SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
Support dashboarding or Salesforce‑related data views as needed (minor portion of the role).

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign analytics, marketing operations, or a similar data‑driven role.
Strong hands‑on expertise with SAS (data sourcing, targeting, reporting).
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Proven experience managing end‑to‑end campaign cycles: planning, execution, fulfillment, and reporting.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM as a communication or context channel.
Ability to ingest and work with large, complex datasets.
Demonstrated success partnering with stakeholders up to Director level.
Ability to turn business concepts into structured, executable campaigns. Nice to Have
Excellent communication skills, especially in translating technical insights into business‑friendly language.
Experience developing or optimizing campaigns for business growth.
Familiarity with dashboarding tools or campaign management platforms.
