Job Summary: Provide customer service in NAPA CV contact centre for our national key account customers. Ensuring the correct goods are delivered on time, high first-call resolution and supporting the customers vehicle uptime.
Job Description:
Advise customers on parts needed for their vehiclesInterpret customer enquiries and provide accurate advice on partsLocate parts from inventory and order parts as required across multiple sitesProcess customer orders for parts and accessories to enable a one stop shop.Maintain customer databaseProvide advice on pricing and promotionsLiaise with suppliers and manufacturers for parts informationPreparing quotations and processing invoicesResponsibilities:
Building strong relationships with internal teams and external customersIdentifying, sourcing and ordering vehicle parts using manufacturer systemsPreparing quotations and processing invoicesUpholding maximum standards of customer service, quality and complianceManaging trade and workshop parts requirementsQualifications:
2+ years commercial parts experience ideally in the aftermarket. Track record in customer service and sales targets. Familiarity with MAM Autopart (training available).
