Call Center Representative

### Job Duties
In this role, you will provide high-quality phone support to attorney clients. You’ll follow an established process to gather information, document responses, and follow up with potential new clients on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services
Answer incoming calls from potential clients
Providing accurate information to clients regarding their case
Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services
Gather information, document responses, and keep a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM database
### Minimum Education Required
High School
### Minimum Experience Required
Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude
Active listening skills and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate challenging situations
Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) in a proficient manner
Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills at least 50 WPM
