Call Center- Patient Care Representatives

Our client, a forward-thinking healthcare technology company, is seeking a Patient Care Representative to join their team. As a Patient Care Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting inbound patient inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Patient Care Representative – Call Center
**Location:** Plymouth, MI
**Pay Range:** $18/hr
**Shift:**
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide exceptional service to patients regarding prescriptions, refills, billing, and delivery inquiries
+ Handle inbound calls and emails efficiently and professionally
+ Resolve pharmacy-related issues promptly and accurately
+ Document and enter data into systems with attention to detail
+ Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Customer service or call center experience
+ Healthcare or pharmacy background preferred
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
+ Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
