Our client is seeking a customer‑focused and motivated Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction. Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional mannerProvide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and proceduresResolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experienceDocument customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM systemFollow call scripts, compliance requirements, and quality assurance guidelinesProcess orders, applications, payments, or service requests as neededEscalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams when requiredMeet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first‑call resolutionParticipate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and enhance service skillsContribute to a positive, collaborative, and team‑oriented work environmentQualifications
