Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 /hourPart Time work availableWeekend work requiredSecond Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00pm to 09:00pm)Conduct outbound calls to administer confidential public health surveysAccurately collect and record survey responses using a computer systemCommunicate professionally and clearly with diverse populations in English and SpanishFollow CDC and state guidelines to ensure data integrity and confidentialityParticipate in training, practice calls, and ongoing quality improvementCall Center Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)Comfortable making outbound phone calls and speaking with the publicBasic computer skills and ability to accurately enter dataReliable attendance and ability to commit to the required schedule, including mandatory SaturdaysAbility to pass required background screening, if applicableApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
