Calibration Technician
**Job Title: Calibration Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work on the calibration, testing, and validation of handheld analytic testing devices. These portable analytical devices can identify any compound, mineral, or element in any location. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Calibrate handheld analytic testing devices. + Test and validate the functionality of analytical devices. + Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the devices. + Perform quality control to ensure devices meet standards. + Collaborate with a team of assembly technicians. **Essential Skills** + Experience with troubleshooting and test equipment. + Proficiency in calibration, instrumentation, and validation. + Mechanical ability and experience with assembly. + Quality control and electronics repair expertise. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with Excel for data recording and analysis. + Strong mechanically inclined abilities. **Why Work Here?** The company offers significant room for growth and a supportive, inclusive environment. All candidates will start with a 1st shift orientation from 7:00-3:30 before transitioning to the 2nd shift as they become acclimated. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woburn, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
