It’s a great time to be a part of ZOLL!Job SummarySupport activities relating to the daily calibration and manufacturing support environment of ZOLL Medical products.Essential Functions + Responsible for the planning and on time execution of all as needed calibrations and verifications of various test equipment used throughout Manufacturing, R & D Engineering, Tech Service, Field Service, etc. + Maintain accurate data entry and calibration organization utilizing current Calibration Database Software Application. (GageTrak) This includes: equipment asset # and new record creation, Asset #, Calibration and Barcode label printing, Running Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports, and performing audits as required, to maintain accurate calibration records and database. Update GageTrak calibration records for externally calibrated equipment as well as ZOLL calibrated equipment. + Schedule weekly pick up and deliveries of outside Vendor Calibrations. Maintaining internal and external customer contacts to facilitate calibration requests (expedited calibrations, deliveries, etc.) to maintain calibration schedules, on-time deliveries and elimination of overdue equipment. + Facilitate completion and scanning/archiving of correct documentation in support of calibration and manufacturing processes. Including Manufacturing Support Forms, Equipment Repair Forms and Calibration Records. + Requisition creation for Purchase Order Requests in support of Calibration External Vendor Accounts and MSSG parts and supplies. + Involved in Departmental Process Improvements, including, Lean Training/Implementation and Kaizens. + Perform various tasks related to the documentation, installation and preventive maintenance of ESD Compliance devices, including, but not limited to ESD benches, materials racks and ESD Smocks. + Install hardware such as cables, scanners, printers and other devices. Required/Preferred Education and Experience + High school diploma, Vocational/Technical degree or equivalent required + Associates or Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Electronics Technology or a related field preferred + 1+ years of related experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities + Computer literacy is required. + Microsoft Office proficient. (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) + Must be a self-starter, with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently while interacting with employees of all levels within the organization. + Experience with a calibration database software, and, Oracle a plus. + Familiarity with operating in an ISO-9000 and Lean Manufacturing environment a plus. + Must be able to lift 50lbs + Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours. + Highly organized, flexible and enjoys the challenges of supporting a team of diverse people and programs.
