Job Description:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, artistic, and energetic individual to join our team as an Ice Cream Cake Decorator. The ideal candidate enjoys working with food, has a creative eye for design, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Decorate and design ice cream cakes according to company standards and customer requestsPersonalize cakes with writing, themes, and custom decorationsPrepare and handle cake ingredients (ice cream, frosting, toppings, etc.)Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety guidelinesManage special orders and ensure timely completionProvide excellent customer service when assisting with orders and design requestsSupport general shop duties as needed (stocking, cleaning, etc.)

Qualifications:

Previous cake decorating or baking experience requiredStrong attention to detail and creativityAbility to work in a cold environment (freezer area)Good time-management and organizational skillsFriendly, customer-focused attitudeMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
