CAFM Administrator/CAD Analyst Job ID 226479 Posted 18-Jul-2025 Service line PJM Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Building Management, Construction, Data & Analytics, Project Management, Workplace Strategy Location(s) Indianapolis - Indiana - United States of America **About the role** The CAFM Administrator/CAD Analyst prepares and updates advanced electronic working plans, maps, and drawings, manages CAFM space data, and provides data mining/analysis, reporting, and interpretation. The Analyst provides a high level of data accuracy to ensure positive outcomes to our life sciences client space and occupancy needs. This job is part of the Moves, Additions, and Changes function responsible for working with internal partners and business units to use, develop, install, and improve new and current CAFM system. **Role offers a hybrid work schedule with an onsite presence in Indianapolis, IN.** **What you’ll do** Research and resolve end-user CAFM application service requests and incidents within contracted service level agreements. Provide end-users with a simple explanation of ways to use the CAFM systems in a more efficient manner. Create and submit updated AutoCAD drawings of client accommodations. Manage and analyze space data to ensure it accurately reflects current occupancy, layout, and attributes of each building. Work with the client to ensure efficient and effective utilization of available space. Develop ad-hoc analytics and reporting based on analysis of existing data sources, using a variety of tools. Develop data processes to organize, collect, validate, cleanse, and standardize data to generate insights and address reporting needs. Provide accurate and timely activity and space allocation matrix reporting. Support the move process and partner selection, management, and oversight. Ensure the provision of innovative and creative alternative layout options to improve workflow and enhance the client working environment. Coordinate client move projects to ensure accurate delivery of changes on time and within budget. Confirm building area readiness for all moves. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. **What you’ll need** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Computer Aided Design experience required. (AutoCAD, Revit). + CAFM/IWMS systems and/or related systems (Archibus, Serraview) experience preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
