CADD Manager

Responsibilities

Develop detailed CADD drawings and plans for land development projects.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and surveyors.Review and interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design documents.Perform quality control checks on drawings to ensure compliance with company standards.Assist in the development and maintenance of CADD standards and procedures.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior CADD technicians.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.Strong understanding of land development processes, including site grading, drainage, and utility design.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CADD technician focused on land development projects.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Bank, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $57.69/hr.
