About the Role:
As a CBRE CAD Manager, you will responsible for maintaining an enterprise view of the CAD/CAFM service delivery model ensuring global consistency. You will lead a team responsible for maintaining accurate space and occupancy data within a CAFM/IWMS system and managing a centralized CAD drawing library.
What You’ll Do:
+ Serve as the client facing business representative and point of escalation for business critical or multifaceted issues to ensure they are handled in a consistent, urgent and professional manner.
+ Provide direction and make quick judgment calls in accordance with the best interests of the business and in alignment with client expectations
+ Mentor and manage performance and provide leadership to the team processing support requests to maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance
+ Monitor the training and development of staff. C0nduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Ensure standard operation procedures are maintained and communicate any changes.
+ Provide reporting of key business metrics for productivity tracking and client business reviews.
+ Identify operational improvement to enhance service delivery.
+ Identify initiatives that are out of scope, determine requirements, define scope and provide detailed preliminary and final cost estimates and budgets.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement
What You’ll Need:
· Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
· Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
· Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
· Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Prior working experience in CAFM/IWMS systems (Manhattan, Archibus, Serraview, TRIRIGA, etc.)
· Prior working experience in AutoCAD
· Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
