About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated AutoCAD Specialist to join our Design and Construction team. In this role, you will play a key part in remodel and new build projects across the Northern Tier Business Unit, working closely with multiple teams to create and maintain store fixture plans.
This position offers the independence of a self-driven role while being part of a fast-paced, collaborative team. If you enjoy working with AutoCAD, site planning, and bringing designs to life, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain store fixture layouts for new builds, remodels, and conversions using AutoCAD.
Conduct on-site visits as needed to produce accurate as-built drawings.
Evaluate floor plans, elevations, and site layouts to provide detailed, site-specific recommendations.
Collaborate with Construction Managers, Real Estate, and Facility teams to ensure plans align with corporate standards.
Manage and update design and equipment standards manuals in collaboration with regional teams.
Maintain organized records of site plans, floor plans, and project photos.
Assist with equipment lists for project-specific purchasing needs.
Enhance skills through training, industry workshops, and professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in technical design or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Three or more years of experience in store design, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit.
Knowledge of store marketing, prototype design, and company operations.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD (required).
Experience with Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
