**Our client, a leader in the engineering and manufacturing industry, is seeking a CAD Designer (Level III) to join their team.**
As a CAD Designer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting design and drafting teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** CAD Designer – Level III
**Location:** OH, Circleville – 100% Onsite
**Pay Range:** $34.00 – $40.00/hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Update various technical drawings in AutoCAD, including P&IDs, layout drawings, plan drawings, and isometric drawings.
+ Maintain and optimize the Autodesk drawing vault to ensure accuracy and organization.
+ Conduct in-plant field work to verify drawings and evaluate accuracy.
+ Create working plans, detailed drawings, and layouts from verbal instructions, sketches, or rough notes.
+ Perform routine engineering calculations, prepare specifications, and process change requests.
**What’s Needed?**
+ 5–7 years of CAD design experience in engineering or manufacturing.
+ Proficiency with AutoCAD and related CAD equipment/software.
+ Ability to perform basic engineering and mathematical calculations.
+ Strong organizational and documentation skills.
+ High school diploma or equivalent education.
