Currently hiring local structured cable technicians to join our team at the Microsoft Data Center in West Des Moines, Iowa.
🔧Your Role & Responsibilities:
✅Install, organize, and maintain structured cabling systems within the data center.
✅Run, pull, and terminate cables to support network infrastructure.
✅Work both indoors and outdoors, ensuring proper cable routing and management.
✅Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently.
✅Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for precise cable placement.
💰Pay Structure:$18-20/hour – Entry-level (1-2+ years of construction experience)$21 - $28/hour – 1-5 years of data center experience (more experience grants a higher starting wage)
🎯Requirements:
✔️Previous structured cabling experience preferred, or general construction experience
✔️Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
✔️Clean record dating back 7 years and ability to pass a drug screening.
✔️Comfortable working at heights and in various environments.
✔️Ability to use hand and power tools and learn technical blueprints.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
