Cable Assembler

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Cable Assembler** to join our manufacturing or production team. The Cable Assembler will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting cable and wire harnesses used in various electronic and mechanical systems. This role requires precision, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical instructions and schematics.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assemble electrical cables, wire harnesses, and connectors according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
+ Strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires using hand tools and automated equipment.
+ Perform continuity and quality checks using multimeters and other testing devices.
+ Label and package finished cable assemblies for shipment or further processing.
+ Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow safety protocols.
+ Document production data and report any discrepancies or defects.
+ Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve issues.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
+ Previous experience in cable assembly, electronics manufacturing, or a similar role preferred.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
+ Proficient with hand tools, soldering irons, and cable testing equipment.
+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
+ Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
+ Good hand-eye coordination and vision (corrective lenses acceptable).
+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

**Schedule:**
+ Monday to Friday, 6 AM – 3:00 PM
+ 1 hour lunch unpaid
+ Overtime may be required based on production needs
+ Pay-$19.50 per hour
