URGENTLY HIRING Cable and Wire Harness Assemblers!!

Pay: $18 - $21 Shift: 7am - 4:30pm, plus weekends (a lot of over time) Location: Fairfield, NJ

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Cable and Wire Harness Assembler, working Monday to Friday from 7am to 4:30pm with occasional overtime based on necessity. You will be responsible for interpreting drawings and blueprints to ensure assemblies are completed accurately. This position involves wrapping, crimping, and stripping wires, identifying correct parts, and addressing any missing components or issues with assemblies. You will inspect your work, perform repairs and reworks when necessary, and conduct tests and document results according to specifications.

ResponsibilitiesInterpret drawings and blueprints for assembly completion.Wrap, crimp, and strip wires to fabricate assemblies accurately.Identify correct parts and report missing parts or assembly issues.Inspect work and complete repairs and reworks as required.Conduct and document tests of units per specifications.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in Cable and Wire Harness Assembly.Proficiency in blueprint and diagram reading.Crimping and shielding expertise.Additional Skills & QualificationsCertifications in related fields are a plus.Experience with companies such as Northrup Grumman, Niitek, Virginia Panel, or World Test Systems is advantageous.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
