Our client, a leading manufacturer in the construction industry, is seeking a Cabinet Shop Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the Cabinet Shop supporting the production of luxury restroom trailers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization. **Job Title:** Cabinet Shop Manufacturing Associate **Location:** Bristol, IN **Pay Range:** Starting at $20/hr **Shift:** **What's the Job?** + Build, install, and finish cabinets and related components for restroom trailers. + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to ensure accurate assembly. + Operate hand and power tools (saws, routers, drills, etc.) safely and effectively. + Ensure quality standards are met at every step of the production process. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines. **What's Needed?** + Prior experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or millwork (manufacturing or construction setting preferred). + Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints accurately. + Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship. + Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools. + Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. **What's in it for me?** + Flexible vacation time. + 15 days Paid Time Off (PTO). + Paid holidays. + 401(k) with profit sharing. + Growth opportunities and professional development. **Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:** + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans. + Dental Plan. + Supplemental Life Insurance. + Short Term Disability Insurance. + 401(k).
