Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill a need for a Cabinet Sales Support Representative. This role is a part of our Kitchen Art Cabinetry division and will serve as support for our production builder accounts, which consists of multi-year communities. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!
**Position Details:**
Location | **Onsite - Coral Springs, Fl**
Schedule | **Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm**
Pay | **Starting at $20 per hour based on experience**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Load Initial cabinetry selections (start packages) and create invoices in NetSuite.
+ Create lot specific drawings in 20/20 for production jobs.
+ Enter cabinet and hardware orders into NetSuite.
+ Revise drawings and orders once field dimension is performed.
+ Submit orders for cabinet and hardware.
+ Review and follow up on acknowledgments from factory.
**Qualifications:**
+ Prior experience in the cabinet industry preferred.
+ Proficient use of 20/20 Design or similar CAD program for kitchen and bath.
+ Working knowledge of Windows operating system.
+ Proficient use of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and web-based data systems.
+ Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management.
+ Excellent verbal and communication skills.
+ Demonstrates attention to detail coupled with organizational skills.
+ Analytical and problem solving skills.
