**About the role:**
CA Transitions Senior Expert will be a position in Business Service Organization Global Workplace Solutions Client Accounting and Corporate Teams for leading and coordinating transitions, projects and various process improvement initiatives carried out in BSO GWS. This individual will need to build strong relationships with key departmental leaders and other stakeholders, initiate, coordinate, monitor and report project’s progress against plans through regular review meetings.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Act as a Transition Lead for new client onboardings, scope expansions and projects
+ Gather and track all transition/project related requirements and information
+ Initiate and monitor financial systems setup
+ Coordinate and monitor process setup
+ Communicate and engage with stakeholders and agree on action plans to manage process changes.
+ Actively interact with transition stakeholders to confirm completeness of key deliverables
+ Monitor and analyze the progress & compliance of all ongoing transitions and proactively advise management of deviations, risks and issues.
+ Hand-off final transition output to Account Team and assists with Stabilization
+ Recognize, apply, and capture lessons learned all throughout the process
+ Conduct transition related meetings. Provide meeting minutes and executive summaries
+ Perform regular follow ups
+ Prepare materials for workshops and other events on project management. Deliver presentations related to ongoing transitions/ projects.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Ability to understand current processes and act proactively and independently on the transition requirements gathering as well as flexibility depending on different scenarios
+ Ability to deal with non-standard scenarios and drive decision-making conversations
+ Ability to coordinate system and process setup steps
+ Very good English both oral and written
+ Excellent presentation, verbal communication, and written response skills
+ Stakeholder and communications management
+ Reporting, tracking, and organisational skills
+ Ethics, compliance and professionalism
+ Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
+ Time management skills including multi-task on projects to meet deadlines
+ Project Management certification may be advantageous.
+ User knowledge on different ERPs, especially JDE, PSOFT & MyBuy
