WHAT YOU WILL DO

Make outbound calls and follow up with existing and prospective customers to drive sales and promote special product offersIdentify, qualify, and develop leads using CRM tools, research, and targeted outreachBuild and maintain relationships with customers in an assigned territory, fostering loyalty and repeat businessPromote special offers and product campaigns — including time-sensitive promotions, marketing-driven campaigns, and expiring inventory opportunitiesMaintain CRM records (Salesforce) to track activities, progress, and opportunities in the sales pipelineParticipate in special projects and events, including conventions, national sales meetings, branch events, and product training sessions

WHAT YOU BRING

Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious customer service or outbound/inside sales experience (sales experience is preferred)Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship buildingStrong communication skills — confident, clear, and courteous phone mannerExcellent organizational and time management skills; comfortable managing multiple prioritiesSolid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Power BI an asset)CRM experience (Salesforce) preferredBilingual (English/French) is an assetA positive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skillsWillingness to travel occasionally for meetings, conventions, or local events

Compensation: The posted range for this position is $45,000-$55,000, plus commissions, which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc.
