Our client is seeking a Turnaround Planner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. **Job Title:** Turnaround Planner **Location: Gonzales, LA (Non-Remote)** **Pay Range:** Target pay rate is $50.00 per hour **What's the Job?** + Lead assigned portions of outage scope through detailed planning and construction phases + Develop scope and create detailed work plans for outage activities, including safety procedures and technical documentation + Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of outage tasks + Provide daily scheduling updates during outage execution to ensure project milestones are met + Support management of change processes and ensure proper documentation for plant modifications **What's Needed?** + 10+ years’ experience in maintenance or engineering disciplines, preferably with industrial outage background + Proficiency in reading P&IDs, ISO’s, piping isometrics, and related technical documents + Experience with business software such as Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Primavera P6 + Knowledge of ASME B31.1, B31.3, Sec. I, and Sec.
