Play a critical role in Defence capability sustainment by leading the C27J Through Life Support program as Program Manager. Using your excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills, you will build trust within the client and maintenance teams, empowering creativity and collaboration across all stakeholders. You will be adept at building trust at all levels, driving accountability and cultural excellence using your strong leadership background.
You will also be accountable for:
Proactive coaching and mentoring of team members, while effectively managing your leadership team
Develop and meet budgeted financial objectives ensuring accurate forecasting
Drive change through effective influence and engagement with stakeholders across internal and external pathways
Lead multiple geographically dispersed teams, driving delivery against program objectives

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A strong technical background, able to build rapport with uniform and non-uniformed personnel
Effective leadership experience and ability to influence culture driving high performance
Experience working on sustainment programs is essential
Defence or Industry adjacent experience is highly valued
Leadership experience, ideally across multi-discipline teams
Experience working on aviation programs would be advantageous, but not essential
Qualifications in Engineering, Project or Business Management would be advantageous
