We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Buyer Planner to join our team. The role involves developing and maintaining demand supply projection models and distribution resources planning models. You will lead cross-functional meetings to execute action plans, evaluate warehouse nodes supply flow, and target stocking levels. Additionally, you will provide MPS priority mix, support EMEA and APAC supply orders, analyze NPI and sunsetting SKUs, and provide timeline models. Data mining reports and investigating inventory problems to find root causes and deliver solutions with cross-functional departments are also key aspects of this position. Leading continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives is a critical part of this role.

Essential Skills5 years or more experience in Supply Chain/Operations.Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Excel.Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.Experience with ERP/MRP systems.Self-starter comfortable leading cross-regional and cross-functional meetings.Ability to stay organized while maintaining program/project timeline deliverables.
Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred College Degree or equivalent.Certification: Preferred CPIM / CSCP or applicable knowledge.Experience with Project and Program Management.Experience in the medical device industry.Knowledge of supply and distribution/inventory network planning.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with navigating SharePoint/Teams/Smartsheets.
Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to balance multiple deadlines. This hybrid role involves working one day on-site, preferably on Tuesday, with Thursday as an alternative option.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $69.45 - $69.45/hr.
