Job Title: Buyer Analyst
Job Description

This advanced buyer position is responsible for coordinating schedules to meet customer requirements while consistently applying materials management knowledge. The role involves identifying projects and initiatives to enhance efficiencies and driving the resolution of detailed plans necessary to achieve customer delivery commitments and maintain inventory targets, where applicable.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify projects and initiatives to increase efficiencies.Drive resolution of detailed plans to meet customer delivery commitments and maintain inventory targets.Develop alternative solutions for analyzing supply shortfalls impacting customer requirements.Ensure root cause identification, corrective action determination, and implementation.Handle complex procurement problems independently using financial, operational, and business judgment.Maintain SAP planning parameters for assigned areas of responsibility.Utilize delegation to expand the scope of influence.Essential SkillsSupply chain analysisManaging inventory targetsUnderstanding of procurement and supply chain problemsExperience in SAP3 years of experience in a product supply disciplineAdditional Skills & QualificationsBA/BS degree required5 years of total experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a product supply disciplineExcellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skillsAbility to influence organizational members to achieve goals and increase performanceAbility to build relationships and partnerships within the organizationAbility to manage projects of high complexity with limited directionDemonstrated problem-solving abilitiesStrong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsProficiency in SAP across various modulesWork Environment

The work environment is full onsite, operating on a schedule of 4 days with 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
