We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing procurement activities, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies, and collaborating with various departments to streamline operations.

ResponsibilitiesManage procurement requisitions and vendor onboarding following company policy.Perform vendor data scrubbing and re-onboarding to internal systems.Lead the transition of indirect open Purchase Orders.Partner with Finance to resolve invoice issues and with suppliers to confirm orders.Enforce Global Purchasing Policies and track performance metrics.Essential Skills2–3 years of experience in Indirect Procurement.Proficiency in SAP and vendor management.Detail-oriented with strong negotiation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Ariba and SAP ERP.Team player, willing to take on challenges.Fast learner in both soft and technical skills.Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.75 - $37.25/hr.
