Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a Buyer to join their team. As a Buyer, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting the Supply Chain Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Develop and execute material plans to support production schedules, customer demand, and inventory targets Place, manage, and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery Balance supply, demand, lead times, and inventory to optimize working capital Monitor MRP signals and take swift action to resolve exceptions Build strong relationships with suppliers to improve performance, capacity, and responsiveness

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in buying, planning, or supply chain roles Experience working in an MRP/ERP environment Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to proactively identify risks and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment
