Join our client's dynamic team as a Buyer II, where you will play a crucial role in assisting the Buying Team with managing change orders, funding reallocations, and the issuance of purchase orders. This position involves working closely with finance and other internal stakeholders to create and manage approvals, maintain product costs, and assist with special projects and assignments.
Responsibilities
Assist the Buying Team in managing change orders and funding reallocations.Issue and manage purchase orders.Track change orders using the designated tool.Collaborate with finance and internal stakeholders to create and manage approvals.Maintain and update product costs.Support and train as a backup for control procedures.Assist with special projects and assignments.Essential Skills
Experience as a data analyst, procurement, or supply chain analyst is preferred.Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet.1-2 years of relevant experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.Understanding of data management and databases is a plus.High school diploma is required.Experience in data entry, buying, inventory management, and SmartSheet is beneficial.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
