Overview

Our Bussers set the stage for a memorable dining experience by keeping our dining rooms sparkling clean, organized, and ready for every guest. As part of our high-volume, full-service restaurant team, you’ll move with speed, efficiency, and a sense of urgency to clear and reset tables for service. As a Busser, you’ll support servers, bartenders, and hosts to ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Clear tables quickly with attention to detail, removing dishes, glassware, and cutleryReset tables with clean silverware and plateware, maintaining consistent presentationProvide friendly, attentive service that creates a welcoming experience for every guestDemonstrate strong teamwork by supporting servers and bartenders with pre-bussing, refilling beverages, and guest requestsPerform dining area maintenance, including cleaning floors, sweeping and mopping as neededComplete station setup and breakdown, stocking duties, and closing tasks, ensuring cleanliness and sanitationSort and pre-sort dishware and utensils to support efficient operationsFollow instructions with accuracy and ownershipWork efficiently with speed and consistency in a fast-paced environmentCommunicate clearly and accurately with the front-of-house team to support a positive guest experience

 

Your Background

Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry experience preferredFamiliarity with bussing, bar backing, food running, hosting or server assistant duties, a plusDemonstrated commitment to providing a friendly and positive guest experienceDependable, reliable, punctual, and dedicated, with a passion for guest satisfactionTeam player with strong communication and guest service skillsOrganized, adaptable, and able to multitask effectivelyWork well under pressure with a positive, patient attitudeAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twistMust be at least 18 years old
