The Business Value Partner (BVP) is a locally embedded empowered partner working externally with healthcare institutions and accounts to resolve the system’s hurdles and the complex processes (PJ) within a defined ecosystem as well as internally to accelerate the value added processes. 

The BVPs identifies shared purpose and value, co-creates untraditional solutions and co-implements them across ecosystems, indirectly affecting outcomes for thousands of patients. 

What you bring:

Key Accounts Management:

Facilitates accessibility to our innovative medicines in Major Key accounts. 

Responsible for all Roche portfolio in the accounts across the different ecosystems ∙

Customer management and engagement for relevant operational stakeholders within the account (hospital heads, pharmacists, supply, purchasing, finance, Private Insurance, PR and logistics) 

Mapping the account patient journey for the different disease areas included within the ecosystem to provide a convenient patient experience. 

Understands accounts’ ordering processes, the main hurdles and map the key stakeholders who can affect treatment availability. 

Works with HSP /PJP to remove roadblocks, improve purchasing process and remove supply barriers.

Identifies gaps within the account patient journey and designs solutions to improve those gaps with the PPOC.

Monitors and ensures maintaining healthy stock levels in accounts and drives supply management process including follow up with Roche supply team. 

Monitors and facilitates accounts’ financial processes including financial cycle, debts management and approvals.  

Supports patients’ claims approval process including doses renewals and treatment adherence.

Engages with accounts’ stakeholders through educating on processes and non-medical product features (Storage, dispensing…) when needed. 

Data enablement: Work closely with the Marketing team to:

Enable the PPOCs with the needed data and insights across all disease areas. 

Provide the PPOCs with the needed Quarterly/ Monthly market analysis & CIs.

Provide short term forecast ensuring sustainable supply in collaboration with the supply chain team.

PSP & Tender Management:

Works on tender management process for non-UPA accounts with supply chain team. 

Responsible for the PSP implementation within the accounts.

Supports in PSP logistics and key retail pharmacies stock follow up when needed.

Who you are:

You hold Pharmaceutical sciences University degree. 

You bring 2-3 Years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with Key Account Management Experience.

You have good understanding of healthcare system, processes and governance. 

You have strong stakeholder engagement and management skills. 

Ability to work with cross-functional teams is required. 

Good business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization and customer experience excellence.

Ability to understand and leverage digital means and tools. 

Experience in agile ways of working is desired. 

Deep understanding of institutional & internal processes. 

Entrepreneurial mindset with good partnering capabilities (ability to deeply listen, question & understand, communicate smoothly). 

Growth mindset, able to learn and unlearn quickly, takes risks and experiments, and contributes to the learning cycle by sharing knowledge with others inside Roche. 

Displays high level of integrity in everything (i.e. open, honest, ethical and genuine).

Has an enabler mindset leveraging internal networks to create value, sharing back and scaling.
