This is a territory-based position with autonomy, company support, and a competitive base salary plus commission. You'll work with business owners, property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers across various industries.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities within your territoryManage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accountsConduct on-site inspections and consultations for commercial clientsDevelop and present tailored pest management proposalsUtilize technology (iPad-based CRM and sales tools) to close dealsCollaborate with service teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfactionWork in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spacesOperate a company vehicle safelyPrioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactionsPerform duties in all weather conditions
