POSITION SUMMARY:  The License and Permit Analyst supports the store operations by maintaining various permits needed to operate the store business and upgrades current permits where applicable. The License and Permit Analyst also researches permits for new stores as acquisitions arise and supports the company goals by focusing on personal accountability, customer service, and work efficiently.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Assists with completing applications, requesting payments, and mailing both in a timely mannerAssists Manager as neededScans all permits and backup documents for online accessServes as a backup as needed in the Support Services DepartmentSort incoming mail and post outgoing mailAssists with the copying and mailing of renewal applications, licenses and tax returns.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalentGood keyboarding skills, proficient in Microsoft ExcelGood communication skillsPossess multi-tasking skillsAbility to work with frequent interruptionsAbility to research online as neededStrong written and verbal skillsTeam player and professional demeanorAbility to keep all personal information confidential

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to sit for extended periods of timeAbility to lift 30 lbs as needed, as well as twist bend, and stand as neededAbility to hear and speak via telephoneJob duties may change with or without notice
